These terms apply to tkstudio.ae and to custom enquiries made to TK Studio. Mandatory rights under applicable UAE law always take priority.
Our collection and enquiries
Our online catalogue is being prepared. Category photographs and styled banners illustrate design possibilities; they are not a promise that every illustrated item, material, colour or accessory is available. Please contact us to discuss an idea and confirm the exact item, quantity, finish and personalisation. Browsing the website or sending an enquiry does not by itself place an order.
Agreeing an order
Before you commit, we will confirm the available specification, price in UAE dirhams, applicable tax treatment, delivery charges, payment arrangements and estimated schedule in writing. The order is accepted when both parties agree its details and any stated acceptance requirements are met. We will provide the applicable invoice. Do not make payment using details that have not been confirmed through our official contact channels.
Personalisation and artwork
Please check names, spelling in Arabic or English, dates, colours, dimensions, device models and any design proof carefully. Production proceeds on the agreed specification. Request changes promptly; we will explain whether they are feasible and confirm any revised price or schedule before proceeding. Approval of a proof does not excuse our production errors or remove your rights if the finished item fails to match what was agreed.
Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. If an exact colour match is essential, discuss it with us before approving the order. Any material limitation or tolerance must be explained and agreed in advance.
Your designs and permitted use
Only supply photographs, logos, text and artwork that you own or have permission to use for the requested purpose. You authorise us to use submitted material to prepare and fulfil your request. We may decline unlawful, infringing or unsuitable content. Displayed designs do not imply endorsement or an official association with a third-party brand. TK Studio website content may not be reused commercially without the relevant rights holder’s permission.
Changes, delivery and remedies
Our Delivery & Personalisation and Returns & Refunds policies explain these processes. An agreed order cannot be changed unilaterally through a later website update. No term excludes obligations or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

You retain the right to approach the relevant UAE consumer-protection authority or competent courts. These terms are governed by applicable UAE law, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
