Tell us what you have in mind
Send your preferred category, quantity, design idea and required date to +971 58 560 7068 on WhatsApp or tk.studio.ae@gmail.com. Tell us the delivery emirate or destination so we can check the available arrangements. A requested date is not guaranteed until we confirm it.
Confirm the details
We will discuss the available product, material, colour, dimensions and personalisation method. Where a design proof is needed, review all names, spelling, dates, layout and other details before approving it. For phone cases, confirm the exact device model; for clothing, confirm the agreed size and measurements.
Production and delivery
Production times depend on the item, quantity, artwork and availability. The confirmed quotation or order summary will set out the estimated production and delivery schedule, the delivery fee, and any conditions that affect timing. Production and transit are separate stages. Rush requests and delivery outside the UAE require specific confirmation.
Provide an accurate recipient name, reachable telephone number and delivery address. Tell us promptly if those details change. Any necessary change to a charge or delivery arrangement must be explained and agreed; undisclosed fees will not be added later.
If plans change
We will contact you if a delay or availability issue affects your agreed order and explain your options. A suggested revised date does not automatically remove your right to a remedy. If timing is essential for an event, make that clear before order acceptance so it forms part of the agreed requirements.
Receiving your gift
Check the parcel when it arrives and let us know promptly about damage, missing items or an incorrect design. Follow the care guidance supplied with your particular item. For help with a problem, read our Returns & Refunds policy or contact us directly.
